Blogging for Writers: A PowerPoint Presentation / Vlog

Health Update: Healing from surgery. It may take me a while to return visits after, if I am able to (healing is 4-6 weeks). But I will pop in to see your comments and to reply back to them. <3

Hello there! Welcome to another vlog post on Write with Fey. I sure hope you've been enjoying these videos.

This time, I am sharing a PowerPoint presentation that I recorded with audio. I presented this PowerPoint at a local writer's meeting and then at a writer's conference this past April (2019). I wanted to create a video after the wonderful response I got, so that I can share this for others who are thinking about starting a blog or have a blog and they need some ideas.

I hope it is helpful to you.

Enjoy!

    1. I bought a cheap Logitech webcam for my computer. I record videos with it and upload them to YouTube first. It's pretty easy. But if you want to only post the videos on your blog, you could bypass posting to YouTube. :)

  2. I started blogging because I was told that's what writers do. I kept blogging because I like other bloggers.

  3. I started blogging in 2004, when I left the west and was missing the desert (hence, my blog referred to the sagebrush hills of the high desert).

Take care of yourself and heal quickly.

  5. I keep saying I'm going to update my weekly mailout and then don't do it. I really do need to make that part of my routine. A newsletter is a great idea. Sending healing vibes your way!
