I like the gnome door. I imagine a whole Tardis-like world inside. :) Lovely pics!
That is some serious moss. Nice shots!
The first picture makes me think the two trees are embracing. Great pix.
I love nature pictures. They are awesome. Thanks for sharing.
These are gorgeous, Chrys! Inspirational for writing. What insect is eating the leaves in the 5-7 pictures?
Pretty pictures!
The gnome door is my favorite too. :)
Haha. It is.
They do. :) I forgot what the pink stuff on them is called but the darker it is the better the air quality is.
You're welcome! :)
I have no idea. Some kind of pest, but I think the leaves look so pretty. Like lace.
Thanks! :)
These were all great! I liked the leaves shaped like hearts too! Looks like a relaxing place to go to :)

I love taking pictures of Nature. I live right near a pond, and like to go for walks around it, or just sit by the pond reading and doing artwork.. Unfortunately, some of the most interesting things happen on Saturday, when I can't use a camera. I missed a photograph of a heron or some other kind of long-legged, fish-stalking bird one Saturday.
I particularly like the photographs of your trees.
Great shots, nature sure can show many images. Hearts and all.
Lovely pics! I especially love the gnome door. Those bugs need not waste so much leaf. ;)
It is a very relaxing place. And it's easy to connect with nature there.
So do I. I'm always seeing plants, flowers, and especially trees that I want to photograph.
Thanks!
Hearts and all. :)
Haha! They just needed a snack. :P
Really cool pictures. I love the moss that looks like spilled paint.

Turn right at the heart and meander under cover of lace-strewn leaves, near a puddle of soft green moss a miniature portal to magic awaits where troubles are left at the X. What a lovely morning walk! Thanks for the visuals :-)
Beautiful pics! I love the gnome door :)
The little doorway in the trunk is story-inspiring.
I love finding hearts in nature.
Awesome pictures. I love what Mother Nature has on offer no matter whatever the season.
Yvonne.
Nothing more beautiful than nature. You're a good photographer!
The gnome door and the mossy bottom tree were my favorites. The leaves with the holes make me sad. Arent those done by bugs? I think its bad for the trees. Great pictures !
What's with those leaves. Looks like some critter got to them.
Love those pictures. I love the gnome door. I would have to travel to the mountains in order to see that much green here. Living in the desert sucks at times. lol
I love the gnome door. And the plant that is being eaten alive.
I don't know why, but there is also something about the first photo that makes me blush.
Me too. :)
I love how you described it! That was brilliant. :)
Thanks! :)
It is. I wanted to knock on it to see what would happen. :P
It's a special treat, isn't it. :)
So do I. Each season is spectacular in its own way.
Thank you! :D
Yes, the holes in the leaves are done by bugs, but I thought it looked beautiful. Like lace.
Some little pest did.
Gosh, I wouldn't be able to live in the desert.
HAHA!!!! Because it looks like the trees are embracing? Or doing something....dirty?
And the one trees bum is hanging out. LOL
LMAO!! I just noticed that too. Now I feel like censoring that picture. :P
I love the heart! If we take the time to look, nature has so much to show us! A beautiful share Chrys. :-)
I do see the heart and love that gnome door. All these pictures remind me of a Tolkein world
I frequently take pictures like this to use for art reference. Nature is beautifully inspiring.
It's great to see your photography
Wow, it's green there. I love the gnome door! And yes, I see the heart.
The color of those leaves is really beautiful. I don't think I have seen it before. And the others, what is eating them?
I love your gnome door.
The leaves with the holes suggest an exciting pre-story.
Heart shaped things from nature are the cutest. Creative on gnome door. :D
These are great. I love the orange leaves, moss, and gnome door. I'm always taking nature pics as I find interesting things.
Awesome! It's so hot outside here...it's tough to be outside for long. It doesn't look like it was hot with these pictures, though. It looks like you could just find a tree, sit down beneath it, and write for hours!
Looks like some bugs and animals have been having a good time. Thanks for sharing.
It sure does. <3 :)
They do look like a Tolkein world. :D
I agree!
Thanks , Sage!
The green was spectacular. :)
You're about the fifth person to ask that. lol Some kind of hungry pest.
A pre-story. Hmm... ;)
It's rare to find hearts in nature but so special when you do.
Nature pics are my favorite!
I love you chose to share the less than perfect side of nature. Even a bug can contribute to a wonderful design. Is the area near your home? Tree photos are one of my faves, I mean...just look at how beautiful they are. I love them all.

Tell me about it! I barely go outside these days. It was a bit humid when I took those pictures but I plan to go back in the fall to really enjoy the scenery with cooler weather.
They were hungry. lol You're welcome!
Thank you! You're the first to say that those leaves had a wonderful design. I loved them and thought they looked so artistic. This park is a bit of a drive, but not too far. So it's perfect for a little escape. :)
Great pictures. I especially like the second one and the mossy ones.
THANK YOU! :D
Those are some fun pictures! They look like they would fit right in to a fairy tale setting :)
Thank you! :D
