    It always makes a huge impact when you share your experiences in your writing. I once lit a gas space heater only to have it explode in flames due to a leak. I wasn't hurt just frightened but the fire department did show up. I think my screams alerted them. :)

      It certainly does. I love being able to add my own experiences into my books, especially the Disaster Crimes series. ;)

  3. great videos. i don't have any personal experience with fire, other than watching it in my fireplace or fire pit. it is very hypnotic, yet so dangerous. thanks so much for sharing

    1. I can't even imagine what it be like to experience fire like that. Especially as a child. Grabbing toys, oh my gosh, just heart-wrenching! They say to write what you know, and you've done exactly that and I find that very brave!
